Housing Needs Assessment Survey

An official Housing Needs assessment for the village is being carried out, in conjunction with our Local Authority, Sedgemoor District Council. The last one took place in 2006 so it is well overdue


We would therefore appreciate village residents completing the assessment survey form, which accompanies the November Parish council newsletter and returning it in the envelope provided by Tuesday 28th November at the latest. Just like in the 2017 Village Survey, completed forms can be returned either via the special grey postboxes erected close to the Royal Mail boxes in Middle Road and Brent Road, via the Village Hall letterbox or via any Parish Councillor listed on the accompanying newsletternewsletter

More information and instructions are on Housing Needs Assessment form – but you can also find out more by visiting our stand at the St. Mary’s Church Christmas Fayre at the Village Hall on Saturday 18th November where there will be representatives from both the Parish Council and the Local Authority on hand to answer any questions.


In case you lose or damage the form sent out with the newsletter, an additional copy can be downloaded here >>>. However, in order to help ensure survey integrity, anyone using a self-printed form will need to complete Section 1 (Personal Details) for it to be acceptable.
