The Bridge School moved into the Old Cossington School buildings at the start of January after months of work and preparation.
At the Open Sessions on the morning of Saturday 28th January, around 25 residents took the opportunity to find out more about what the school does and hear from / meet some of the people involved.
The session was interesting and informative - and our thanks are due to the members of staff and governors who gave up their Saturday morning to provide a facinating insight into the school's activities and challenges.
The session opened with a presentation from the Head Teacher, Nigel Shipton (who lives in Burtle). A copy of the presentation can be downloaded below - although it doesn't have the benefit of his explanatory words at the Open Morning.
If you want to know more about the school you can visit its website - although it hasn't been updated at the time of writing to include the Cossington Centre
